The first two villains I had created were based loosely on friends of mine.

Eric the Dead and Bird Brain

This is an older version, but the idea is that Eric, who was once a homicidal maniac, gets the chair. His brain is the transplanted into the head of a canary thus turning him evil. The canary then uses Eric's body as a host. Eric's look is based on my friend Eric Pigors who also works at Disney. Eric also has a web site with lots of cool stuff, check it out.

Burger Queen

Burger Queen is an amalgam of the Joker and my best friend, Cliff, from high school. As Cliff would probably admit, this one of the tamer caricatures I've done of him.
